You can cancel any product or hosting subscription from your dashboard at any time.
Cancellation takes effect immediately for Pressable hosting, WooCommerce extensions, and Jetpack plugins. WordPress.com hosting plans require an additional step to fully cancel and receive a refund if eligible.
Refund eligibility depends on your billing period and when you cancel:

- Automatic refund: If you cancel within the automatic refund window, a full refund is issued without any action required.
- Refund via support: If you cancel between the automatic refund window and 30 days after purchase, contact support to request a full refund.
- After 30 days: No refund is available.
