You can cancel a Pressable hosting plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
In this guide, you will learn how to cancel a Pressable hosting plan and how refunds work.
Follow these steps to cancel a Pressable hosting plan:
- Navigate to Purchases → Licenses in the Automattic for Agencies portal.
- Locate the Pressable plan you want to cancel.
- Click the dropdown arrow at the end of the product row to expand the license details.

- Click “Revoke”.
- Select a reason for canceling and click “Cancel license” to confirm.

The plan is canceled immediately and billing stops.
To view all canceled licenses, select the Revoked tab under Purchases → Licenses.
Refund eligibility depends on your billing term and when you cancel:
| Billing term | Automatic refund | Refund via support |

| Monthly | Within 7 days of purchase | 8–30 days after purchase |
| Annual | Within 14 days of purchase | 15–30 days after purchase |
- Automatic refund: If you cancel within the automatic refund window, a full refund is issued without any action required.
- Refund via support: If you cancel after the automatic refund window but within 30 days of purchase, contact support to request a refund.
- After 30 days: No refund is available.
