Cancel a Pressable hosting plan

You can cancel a Pressable hosting plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

In this guide, you will learn how to cancel a Pressable hosting plan and how refunds work.

Follow these steps to cancel a Pressable hosting plan:

  1. Navigate to Purchases → Licenses in the Automattic for Agencies portal.
  2. Locate the Pressable plan you want to cancel.
  3. Click the dropdown arrow at the end of the product row to expand the license details.

  1. Click “Revoke”.
  2. Select a reason for canceling and click “Cancel license” to confirm.

The plan is canceled immediately and billing stops.

To view all canceled licenses, select the Revoked tab under Purchases → Licenses.

Refund eligibility depends on your billing term and when you cancel:

  • Automatic refund: If you cancel within the automatic refund window, a full refund is issued without any action required.
  • Refund via support: If you cancel after the automatic refund window but within 30 days of purchase, contact support to request a refund.
  • After 30 days: No refund is available.

Refund periods are calculated from the date of purchase, not the date of assignment.
