The WooPayments Dashboard in the Automattic for Agencies portal gives you a breakdown of your commission earnings across all connected client sites. You can view total payouts, estimated earnings for the current quarter, and per-site transaction data.
In this guide, you will learn how to navigate the WooPayments Dashboard, understand the commission summary cards, review per-site earnings, and download commission reports.
- Log in to the Automattic for Agencies portal.
- Navigate to WooPayments → Dashboard from the sidebar.
At the top of the WooPayments Dashboard, two summary cards display your overall commission data:
- Total WooPayments commissions paid: The total amount of commission your agency has been paid to date, according to the quarterly payout schedule. Click the ℹ️ icon for additional details.
- Estimated current quarter earnings to date: The estimated commission your agency has earned during the current payout period. This figure updates as your clients process transactions and reflects earnings from the start of the current quarter up to today.
To view details about the current payout period, click the ℹ️ icon next to Estimated current quarter earnings to date. The popover displays:
- Payout range: The start and end dates of the current commission period.
- Earnings shown up to: The date through which the estimated earnings are calculated.
- Payout date: The date your commission for this period will be paid, after a 60-day waiting period.

Commissions are paid quarterly after a 60-day waiting period, excluding refunds and chargebacks. For the full payout schedule and terms, visit the partner incentives page.
Below the summary cards, the site list table displays commission data for each connected WooPayments client site. The table includes the following columns:
- Site: The URL of the connected client site.
- Transactions: The number of transactions eligible for commission. For pre-existing client sites, only transactions processed on days when the rolling 365-day TPV average meets the minimum threshold are included.
- Commissions Paid: The total commission paid to your agency for this site to date.
- Timeframe Commissions: The commission earned on this site during the current payout period.
- WooPayments Status: Whether WooPayments is connected to the site. Possible values are “Continue setup,” “Active,” or “Disconnected.”

You can download a CSV report of commission data for any individual site.
- Locate the site in the site list table.
- Click the action menu (⋮) in the Actions column for that site.
- Select “Download commissions report”.
The CSV file downloads to your device and contains the commission details for that site.
