Track referral statuses

After you send referrals, you can monitor their progress from your Automattic for Agencies dashboard.

In this guide, you will learn where to find your referral statuses and what each status means.

Follow these steps to view your referral statuses:

  1. Navigate to Referrals on your Automattic for Agencies dashboard.
  2. Review the list of clients. Each entry represents a single client and displays the current status of their referrals.

  1. Click a client’s email address to view all individual referrals sent to that client.

Each client entry shows one of the following statuses:

  • Pending: Your client has not yet paid for any referrals you sent them.
  • Active: Your client has paid for the referred product and it is active. It may be assigned to a site or ready to assign.
  • Canceled: Your client paid for the referral, but the product has since been canceled and is no longer active.
  • Mixed: Your client has referrals in more than one state (for example, some pending and some active). This commonly appears when you have sent multiple referrals at different times.
  • Archived: The referral has been archived and is no longer active or available for purchase.
