In this guide, you will learn how to contact the Agencies support team, access live chat on your hosted sites, and schedule an onboarding call.
Reach the Agencies support team directly from the Automattic for Agencies portal. This team handles questions about all Automattic products, so you don’t need to contact separate support channels.
To contact support:
- Go to the Automattic for Agencies portal.
- Click the ? icon in the Sidebar.
- Complete the support form and submit your request.

- The Agencies team will respond via email.
You can also access live chat support directly from your WordPress.com or Pressable sites.
- Visit your site’s dashboard.
- Click the question mark icon to open the Help Center, which you’ll find in the upper-right corner.

- To contact us, click the “Need help? Get in touch” button at the bottom of the Help Center:

- Type a detailed description of your question or issue in the field provided at the bottom of the window and click the arrow, or hit Enter or Return on your keyboard.
- Our support assistant (an AI helper) will provide you with an intelligent answer based on our vast library of WordPress knowledge. You can continue conversing via the chat box to discuss the issue further, clarify details, and ask new questions.
- If you require human support, you can ask to speak to a human right away.
- Log in to your MyPressable dashboard.
- Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner.

3. Select “Chat with technical support”

- Enter your domain name and describe your issue.
If you leave the chat, the support team will follow up via email.
Pro Partners and Premier Partners can join a private Slack channel with the Agencies team for direct communication. Contact your Partner Manager to discuss this option.
