Reset your password

Automattic for Agencies uses the WordPress.com system to manage accounts. To reset your password, make the change in your WordPress.com account settings.

In this guide, you will learn how to reset the password associated with your Automattic for Agencies account.

You can access your WordPress.com account settings by clicking your Gravatar in the bottom left of the Automattic for Agencies portal and choosing “Manage your profile”

You’ll be taken to the WordPress.com account settings, where you can follow this guide to update your password.

If you cannot log in, follow these steps to reset your password:

1. Go to the Automattic for Agencies login page.
2. Click the “Lost your password?” link.

2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
3. Click “Reset my password”.
4. Check your email inbox for a password reset message from WordPress.com.
5. Click the reset link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.
