All purchases made within Automattic for Agencies have a refund period of 30 days from the time that payment is made.
With our monthly usage based billing system, this means the refund is available for the 30 day period following payment of your invoice sent on the 1st of each month.
For example, if you purchase a hosting license at WordPress.com on October 15th, we would send an invoice to you on November 1st covering your usage from October 15th to 31st–or your usage from October 15th until you cancel if that date is sooner than October 31st. You’d be able to request a refund for 30 days following payment of that invoice.
If at any point after purchasing a product from Automattic for Agencies directly you decide you no longer wish to continue using it, you can cancel it by following this guide. This will immediately remove the product from the site, and you will stop being charged for that product going forward.
If you would like to request a refund for any charges incurred, please contact us using the support form at the bottom left of your Automattic for Agencies dashboard, or by using this direct link. If you cancel prior to an invoice being sent, we may be able to prevent any charge from being made at all for that billing period.
Refunds will be issued back to the payment method used for purchasing the product(s), and take 5-10 business days.
