You can cancel any product or hosting subscription from your client dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
In this guide, you will learn how to cancel a subscription and understand how refunds work.
- Navigate to Your subscriptions in your client dashboard.
- Locate the product you want to cancel.
- Click “Cancel the subscription” in the Actions column.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
The subscription is cancelled immediately and the product is removed from your site.

Refund eligibility depends on your billing period and when you cancel:
| Billing period | Automatic refund | Refund via support |

| Monthly | Within 7 days of purchase | 8–30 days after purchase |
| Annual | Within 14 days of purchase | 15–30 days after purchase |
- Automatic refund: If you cancel within the automatic refund window, a full refund is issued without any action required.
- Refund via support: If you cancel between the automatic refund window and 30 days after purchase, contact support to request a full refund.
- After 30 days: No refund is available.
