Get your agency listed in the WooCommerce.com, WordPress.com, Jetpack.com, Pressable.com, and WordPress VIP partner directories.

In this guide, you will learn about eligibility requirements, the application process, and criteria for each directory.

Only Agency Partners, Pro Partners, and Premier Partners can apply for partner directory listings. See tiers and benefits to learn more about reaching these tiers.

These listings provide visibility and recognition within the WordPress community.

As part of the application, you must submit sites for review corresponding to each directory you wish to apply for. The review process has two stages:

1. Initial review: Your submitted sites are assessed for security, performance, and usability using tools like WebPageTest and WordPress.com Speed Test.
2. Product-specific review: Your agency is verified for active, compliant plans and assessed against each directory’s individual requirements.

Reviews take 5 business days or less. You’ll receive an email notification with the outcome.

The Pressable Partner Directory requires:

• Agency Partner tier or higher.
• Proficiency in security, performance, and usability.
• A portfolio of 20 or more sites hosted on Pressable.
• Sites evaluated for Pressable feature compatibility and client support quality.

The Jetpack Partner Directory requires:

• Agency Partner tier or higher.
• Proficiency in security, performance, and usability.
• Five Jetpack sites with active paid plans.
• Proper activation and use of Jetpack features and plugins.

The Woo Partner Directory requires:

• Agency Partner tier or higher.
• Proficiency in security, performance, and usability.
• Five sites tested for WooCommerce block compatibility and payment gateway functionality.

As a Woo Partner, your agency is recognized for providing ecommerce consulting, website development, maintenance, and hosting services.

The WordPress.com Partner Directory requires:

• Agency Partner tier or higher.
• Proficiency in security, performance, and usability.
• Ten sites hosted on WordPress.com with active paid plans.

The WordPress VIP Partner Directory requires:

• Pro Partner or Premier Partner tier.
• Proficiency in security, performance, and usability.
• Annual IAR minimums met.
• One mutual customer on the VIP platform each year.

Once you reach the Agency, Pro, or Premier Partner tier, you can apply from your Automattic for Agencies portal.

1. Navigate to Partner Directory.
2. Click “Edit expertise“.
3. Complete the form and submit.

Our team will process your request and notify you when Step 2 is available.

Once your initial application is approved, you can complete your profile. This information displays in the partner directories. Learn more in our guide to editing your partner directory profile.

3. Fill out the required fields.
4. Click “Save public profile”.

1. Click Publish to make your profile visible.

Your profile will display on each directory for which your agency has been approved.

Each submitted site undergoes review using automated tools and manual checks. The review covers:

• Security: Assessed with tools like OWASP ZAP or WPScan.
• Performance: Assessed with Google Lighthouse.
• Code quality and compatibility.
• User experience and client support.
• Internationalization and privacy.
• Innovation.

Agencies need a good score in each area. Minor issues that don’t significantly affect overall quality are acceptable. Agencies must demonstrate an understanding of block-based themes and have no critical error logs.
