After you’ve purchased products from the Marketplace, you can easily assign them to any site connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack or the Automattic for Agencies plugin.

  • Navigate to Purchases > Licenses
  • Sort by “Unassigned” to see which products haven’t been assigned to a site
  • Click “Assign.”
  • Search or select your site from the list, and click “Assign license” 
  • You may need to download and install Woo extensions and Jetpack plugins manually after this. Once installed on a site to which a license is installed, the extension or plugin will be fully functional.

If you would like to cancel any purchases, you can do so by:

  • Navigating to Purchases > Licenses
  • Find the product in the list that you would like to cancel
  • On the right-hand side, click on the … icon and choose “Revoke license”.
  • This will immediately remove the product from the site, and you will stop being charged for that product going forward.
  • Navigating to Purchases > Licenses
  • Find the product in the list that you would like to cancel.
  • On the right-hand side, click on the … icon and choose “Revoke”
  • This will bring you to the Purchases Page on WordPress.com, where you can see an agency managed WordPress.com Business plan.
  • Select “WordPress.com Business” to open Purchase Settings and click “Remove plan”.

You will be prompted to confirm the deactivation of your plan. By removing the plan, any themes and plugins installed on the site will be removed along with their data. Check the checkboxes to acknowledge the consequences of removing the plan, then click “Submit and remove plan” to proceed.
