Program features such as wholesale pricing, opportunities to earn via referrals, and site management tools are available upon sign up. Additional opportunities are unlocked through use of Automattic’s services.
In most cases, program access is immediate. However, we do implement additional review steps in certain cases. Those include, but are not limited to, registrations using free email addresses such as Gmail.com, Yahoo.com etc. rather than email at your agency site’s domain. During this verification process, it is not possible to make a purchase or add a payment method but it is possible to use our site management tools.
As part of the signup process, we also verify the URL provided for your own agency site. We do not accept social media profiles in place of an agency site URL.
If your application requires manual review, we aim to provide a response to you within 2 working days. We will notify you via the Automattic for Agencies dashboard where you’ll see a banner reflecting the current status of your account. If your account is not initially approved, you will be able to contact our support team to provide additional information which supports your application.
